The patent Catalytic burner is specially made of
ceramic composites. It then becomes a multi-hole burner seems like
sponge with 3 um hole diameter. This burner when heat up will let
the Ozoalcool absorb from the wick and adhere in the catalytic
burner by surface tension. The outer layer is made of platinum
alloy, which can retain an incandescence of more than 500 °C. The
inner layer is kept at 350 °C, while the inner pottery ring will
keep at a controlled constant combustion temperature of 60 °C. This
causes the Ozoalcool to vaporize without flame. Although the outer
ring is maintained at very high temperature, it is quite safe. When
it contact with substance such as paper, it may not let the paper to
burn. Moreover, the catalytic burner will immediately extinguish
when the bottle capsize.
The module formula of Isopropyl Alcohol - IPA is
(CH3)2CHOH with boiling point of 80 °C. Under good ventilation, it
will start to evaporate at 5 °C. Under normal condition, it will
become gas state when above 20 °C. After burning to 52 °C, IPA
will completely turn to gaseous condition. It will not remain any
residue in the air or destroy IPA original structure and function.
By using special scientific method (Patented) to
dissolve O2 into O. Then it will combine IPA to form [(CH3)2CHOH].
Its module value is 76.1, which is heavier than IPA by 16. Its
characteristic is similar to IPA with not much difference. This
simple O with a scientific name called Ozoalcool.
When we burn IPA, it will dissolve into free
radical O and we name it Ozoalcool. When Ozoalcool past through the
inner ring, it will have a cooling effect. Its structure will not be
destroyed. However, it will quickly adhere into the normal O2 and
change to very active and unstable. The unstable O3 or Ozone (Triatomic
Oxygen) will stay in the air after emission. One of the modules
(oxygen free radical), which belong to that O3, will try to seek for
unstable, unsaturated and negative charge organic substance to
combine. This chemical reaction will let any poison particles to
change into nor-toxic substance with position charge. Any bacteria,
which lost these balance ions, will become inactive, ineffective and
lost its function. The innovations are still regarded as
revolutionary breakthroughs in the aromatherapy industry.
Every aromatic essential oil of Lampe Berger is
added with its secret formulation ozoalcool, and uses a specially
designed catalytic diffuser, which controls constant combustion
temperature at 60°C, to catalyse aroma which carries ozone (03).
Apart from its capability to eliminate bacteria, the 03 is also able
to remove odours and produce oxygen. Keeping these qualities in
mind, we suggest that you use the diffuser as follows:
- Providing oxygen - When you are in a poorly
ventilated situation, i.e.: study room, bedroom, karaoke lounge,
hotel room, office, etc.
- Eliminating bacteria -When you feel that there
may be bacteria floating in the air, such as when a family
member catches cold or flu or when a colleague is coughing.
- Eliminating odours - When you smell unpleasant
odours such as a stench, cooking oil, environmental smoke
animals smells, etc. (P.S.: it is used to remove odour; do not
use it as a deodorant!)
